This policy explains how Nova Arte Sdn Bhd (1208168-K (201601037227)), trading as Wall Panel Malaysia, handles information you send us through this website.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into an enquiry or quote form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number
• The product you asked about, if you told us
• Your message

Alongside each submission we also record the date, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. These are kept for security and spam prevention only.

We do not ask for, and never store, payment card details through this website.

How we use it

Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange delivery. We may contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about that enquiry. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored on our website hosting and are visible only to authorised staff through a password-protected admin area. A copy is also emailed to our sales address so we can respond quickly.

Cookies

This website uses a session cookie only when a staff member signs in to the admin area. Browsing the public pages sets no tracking cookies of our own.

If website analytics is enabled, our analytics provider may set its own cookies to measure page visits in aggregate. Embedded content — the Google Maps frame on our contact page, and any social video — is served by those companies and follows their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while they are commercially useful — typically for the life of the project and a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and repeat-order purposes. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will action the request.
